HISTORY OF MOTORIZED VEHICLE:
The first motorized vehicle was patented in the 1880's in Germany, and the first British four-wheeled petrol-engine motor car was built by Fredrick William Bremer, He is a plumber and gas fitter when he was in the 20's, it was still an incomplete car which made its first run on a public highway in December 1894.

DVLA devised a new strategy for issuing a number plate twice a year, which means the spring season (March to August) and autumn (September to April) will be considered, the 3rd and 4th characters on the number plate differ with the two seasons.
If the car is registered in the year 2020 March to August, the Number plate’s 3rd and 4th characters will be 2 and 0 and the autumn season registration (September to February) will observe the characters 7 and 0, i.e. year of registration plus 50 (E.g. 20+50= 70).
